RSA Reflection

A couple days ago  our Industry’s class went back down to the RSA to clean it all up. I was in a group with two others Paiti and Sovereign we did the moping in each side of the RSA to clean up the boys and girls toilets. I moped while Paiti and Sovereign were cleaning it. Once I done that I went to go spray and wipe all the windows then spray and wipe the tables then I went a relaxed after all those jobs.

RSA Reflection

For the past 10 weeks our Industry’s Studies class has been going to the Kawakawa RSA every week to do the cleaning after all the customers who cant clean up for themselves. The jobs I have recently partaken in is Recycling, Table wiping, Toilet cleaning, Vacuuming, Moping and  Cleaning the kitchen. It was nearly always me and 1 of my friends Paiti in a group to do all these hard jobs and help out other people. The hardest job I reckon out of all the ones I have done was properly Recycling because all the left over beer bottles were heavy and sticky and because I tried so hard not for the left over beer in the bottle to drip on me the whole time but it was pretty fun to drive it all to the Moerewa dump. Overall the work experience was great even though it was troubling at times it was pretty fun I definitely learnt a couple things while I’ve been helping out there

What suprised me

I am surprised about how calm and relaxed the chickens are and how fast they got used to their new home. Because the chickens I used to have it took them about a month and a half to just start calming down. I think the reason why it took them longer to get used to a new home was because our place is big and its a much bigger place for chickens to get used to other then a small chicken coop which is a small place and is easy for them to remember and get more comfortable.

Science fair

Me and my companion tested if you would run faster with or without juice’s. we ran test 1 when me and my companion ran across the rugby field without a juicy  the loser time was 46seconds and the winner was 37secs after that we would get a juicy to drink then race right after to see if it improved our speed. when we did we raced again and the loser from the other race time was 35sec and the winner from the race was 31secs.
